CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing and innovative SME based in Crawley. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have genuine influence over financial decision-making while remaining hands-on in a varied and rewarding position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and deliver accurate financial reporting to support business performance.
• Manage purchase ledger, credit control, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting, and automation.
• Liaise with external accountants while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.
• Provide commercial financial guidance to stakeholders and support wider business initiatives.

What Experience is Required?

• Previous management accounting experience with CIMA or ACCA qualifications.
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge, with experience of budgeting and financial reporting.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
